Pamela J. Thomas is the founder, owner and managing consultant of Kairos Advisers LLC. Through out her life Pam has been a change catalyst, drawing others into seeing broader, more effective possibilities and solutions to the opportunities and challenges in business and in life. With her authentic, direct approach, she has been instrumental in helping others find the true source of their power and harnessing that power to change their lives and the world around them.
Eclectic is a good word to describe her diverse background and interests. There are two ways to pursue the larger questions of life. The first is to be a specialist and delve deeply into one’s chosen field for the answers. The second is to be a generalist and scan the broad horizon to discern connections and relationships between things. Both perspectives are equally important to our collective pursuit of the “big questions,” as one without the other will undoubtedly provide incomplete answers. Pam is a generalist and universalist who’s ability to scan broadly and discern what is important, find unique connections, synthesize and integrate that information, and, finally, to distill those ideas into tangible strategies to maximize their impact. This has made her an invaluable partner to business leaders facing major professional and personal transitions.
“My work has led me to specialize increasingly in strategy formulation and organizational transformation. I consult with entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders and philanthropists to develop business, financial and personal strategies that change lives. I sit in a unique position to help guide them in clarifying and making decisions about the investment of time, talents and money and how to make an impact on the world. At this stage in my life, I am deeply committed to being an agent of constructive transformation in this unique moment in history.”
Pam has facilitated a variety of workshops, classes, and retreats over the past decade for her business and individual clients, including a cutting-edge modality for intuitive training, a method that links the conceptual and intuitive minds.
Pam holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, a M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School, and a M. Div. from Union Presbyterian Seminary.
